Al-Arif-Billah-The One Conscious Of Allah-Hazrat As-Shaykh Muhammad Karam Hussain RA
He was a truly unique individual and scholar of our time.Born on the beginning of shawwal in the small village of Nawan,a district of Mianwali.He was a 38th generation descendant of Bab-E-Madinatul ilm Sayyiduna Imam Ali RA.His blessed birth occurred in 1359,in the Hijri calendar.Since his childhood,a glimpse of the personality of the Awliya was detectable with him to the extent that his noble father hazrat khawaja Hafiz Gul Muhammad Al-Hanfi Al-Qadri RA would often tell his Murideen that he was a Wali-Allah from birth.
As a child,he migrated to the remoteness of jhang with his father primarily of the orders of his Shaykh Sayyid Sardar Ali Shah Deharvi RA of which the purpose was the propagation of islam.There he made Ballowana Sharif his Zawiyah,or for the sake of a more relatable word.Derah,the center of his axtivities.The area was knon as a center for life crime preceding the coming of the Shaykh.This Wali-Allah with the migght of his great God-gifted spiritual strength changed the the destiny of the area.
As a child, Hazrat Sahib RA became a Mujahid of the Pakistan movement Even today,people recite over and over his poetry:'Leave now Britons,for Muhammad Ali Jinnah has com.and in his sited is Pakistan'.This verse was received from the Sayd of Hazrat Ghawos-Al-Azzam,and hence became reality.
He studied till the Eighth grade at the government middle-school of village Chak number 175 jb. Receiving his studies in Fiqh from Mawlana Hafiz Muhammad Riaz of Lahore.out Shaykh then went on to complet his Alim course with him.He als taught him Arabic and Farst,but told him he needed more from him.He vast Ilm in Tasawwuf was spiritually inherited from both his noble Father and his Shaykh.Both his bay'ah and Ijaza was From Sayyid simply said Shaykh Karam Hussain was to became the Murshid and Ustadh of millions.
The day before his noble father,out Shaykh Hafiz Gul Muhammad RA passed away.he in the presence of his complete family made Shaykh Karam Hussain his Khalifah Both his father and his Shaykh also said ofhim that he who seeked to meet them should go to Shaykh karam Hussain.His elders had seen in him a river of Wilayah coming forth from a spring that would cleanse thousands of people.A particularly renowned incident is that of when Nabi Khadra As spiritually appeared before his Shaykh and Shaykh Karam Hussain RA,as is custornary for the Awliys.At the time of this event our Grandshaykh was 14 years old and had already become the sole master of the spiritual chain.besides his Murshid Sayyid Sardar Ali Shah then turned to Sayyiduna Khidr As and said the famous line ''O Abul Abbas,look at this Wali from the Ummah of Sayyiduna Muhammad SAW''Khidr AS met him with great happiness and congratulated his Shaykh on the completion of his student's spiritual journey.
Sayyldun Karam Hussain iemalned put at the magam of ms noble father Khawaja Hazrat Gul Muhammad for a total 22 years,running their work at the khanqah and spreading Da'wah until ebentually migrating for the jungle ridden village of Mangani Shareef.'Pak he garde watan Se tahe Damaa'Tera tu wo yusuf He ke Har misr he kena tera Misr Tera Through his great fountain of Wilayah,a new Khanqah was established,one that would quench the spiritual thirst of many more wayfarers.
Mufti Nasir Ad-Din Nasir says in this discourse,'Alter the effort of a hundred years, a khanqah starts to etain and earn a lofty status. This particular khanqah of Mangani Shareef Has achieved such praise in a mere few years'.
The great scholar and researcher Dr Muhammad Hussain Tasbihi of Iran has also said in a verse.'Enk Enh Dergah-I-Pak Mangani Shams Ash-Shamous.Roush Na'ee He Mi Di Had Under jahna-i-Muslimin(This holy Dargh of Mangani is such that it is a sun apart from all the stars in the sky.emanating a light reaching the lour corners of the lot of islam.)'
Preaching AD-Din-Al-Islam and spreading thr holy light of Tasawwuf was his sole mission during his entire lifetime.Not long after his migration,he set out to establish a Darul Uloom,which till today is accommodating hundreds of Huffaz of the Quran,and has been active since 1976.A lew years before Shaykh Karam Hussain left this world.he stayed on his own land in the city of jhang.where he establishe another Madrasah in order to teach the children of the city.Both these institutions still exist today.under the guise of Qadria Organisation. Through his spiritual power and wise counselling.an extremely large number of criminals also repented on his hands and became pious individuals.
In short,his sincerity and great Taqwa delivered great masses of people onto Sirat-Al-Mustaqim.His daily life,inward and outward, wascompletely dictated under the light of the Quran and Sunnah.A model for all who seek companionship with their lord.Grandshaykh used to say.
1-He who leaves the prayer is not form among out Muridin.
2-The one who has bay'ah in our Silsila should avoid the harmful,worldly,and non-islamc things'
3-'Purge yourselves of the worldly things, then come to me'
4-'The saintly on should not ask for anything.for his trust should be in his lord'

8-'Never disregard the Musalla;meaning establish the prayer,as even the Habib SAW prayed till his last breath.'
9-'The one who spends his wealth Fi-Sabi-Lillah in charity continuously erases his sins from his bok one-by-one'
10-'Dislike that which will drag you away from Allah and his messenger SAW'
11-'A beliver will no utter a word out of his mouth which is blatantly against the principle of Tawhid'

Today,scholarly discourse alike this is extremely needed throughout the Ummah.There is a great need for the people of ;ilm.and such texts do exactly this.These should be propagated and taught everywhere,in order to bring the masses back to Sirat-Al-Mustaqim.
His'Adab were such that anybody who ever harboured hate for him quickly transitioned to becoming his lovers,and he would always be seen without a modicum of farigue.Rather,he spent the night in ibadah.Shaykh Muhammad Karam Hussain was always known as humble,in deess ,speech,and food.He truly was the 'Gem of Mangani;a person of presence of the beloved.Many have been witnesses to this fact,and several Shuyukh(Including himself,and Sahibzada Akhtar Hussain) have simpy said,'Karam Hussain has not spent a night without meeting Muhammad SAW'.Most of the Awliyah Allah of his time had a relationship of love with Shaykh Karam Hussan,most of which had also not even met him.
Many of these spiritual encounters are noted in the 'Lamha'at-I-Karam'and 'Hafiz Al-Karam'in great detail.Hazrat Khawaja Muhammad Qamar-ad-Din As-Sialvi used to say,'Pir Karam Hussain and me cannot be separated.We are one soul encompassing two bodies'.Hazrat Ash-Shaykh Muhammad Karam Shah-Sahib Al-Azhari mentioned that 'All the qualities of Hazrat Kibla Alam Manganive are perfect,and he like him.'Sufi Muhammad Barkat Ali Ludhianvi also used to say that he could see the presence of the entirety of the Awliyah of the Qadri Silsila at the shoulders of Shaykh Karam Hussain.This particular event took place when Shaykh Karam Hussain himself asked Sufi Sahib to make Duefor him.Sufi Muhammad Barkat Ali simply stated ' How can I make Dua Hazrat Kibla Alam had three sons, two of which reside in the UK and the eldest at khanqah-I-Mangani-Shareef.The first to be born is Sajjada Nashin Shaykh Muhammad Mazhar Hussain Al Hanafi Al Qadri,
who leads the order at the Maqam of his father.The second,Sahibazada Akhtar Hussain,
lives with his family and younger brother in the UK.The youngest,and the second of the most foremost Khulafah of Shaykh Karam Hussain also lives in the UK.His name is Sahibzada Shaykh Muhammad Tahir Hussain Al Hanafi Al Qadri,
and he was the original author of this piece.Shaykh Muhammad Karam Hussain Al Alawi Passed away on the secind of June 1991.at Madrasah Qur'an Mahal Jhang,and from there was buried at the Zawiyah of Mangani Sharif the Same day.Ayearly Mawlid or Urs commences on the first and second of June and November at Mangani Sharif.A huge board of Ulema participate in this Urs,and they come from many different backgrounds.May Allah SWT send millions of blessings on this Waki who spread light at a place doused in the darkness.
